Notes on Cancellation

Thomas Jefferson School of Law reserves the right to alter or cancel the program should circumstances warrant, including lack of sufficient registration. If the program was to be canceled, Thomas Jefferson School of Law would promptly refund all payments and registration fees, and every effort would be made to help students enroll in other foreign programs of their choice.

If a student withdraws from the program by letter postmarked on or before March 3, 2008, all tuition payments will be refunded except for the nonrefundable $250 registration fee. No refunds of tuition will be made for registrant cancellations after March 3, 2008.
